Both the 8hr and 2hr test are very easy. U have multiple chances to get pass this test. 7 chance for the 8 hr and 5 chance for the 2 hr. It should however be an actual person reading the information to you, not a computer. 1 star because of how easy the program was. Truly was dreadful listening to a robot read off information to you.

The thing I must say that was exceptional and went beyond my expectations was your costumer service over the phone. I called many times with questions and they were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable with every single concern that I had. I left messages when I called but I was called back very promptly. Almost all of the slides were narrated with texts and pictures but the videos were EXTREMELY effective and it felt like I was at an actual training at a facility. Production value was very top notch on those videos. I wish the whole course were like the video training. It would be worth 4 times the educational value. In this new digital age anything other than those types of video training seems outdated and ineffective to me. Companies shouldn’t even bother with slides if they really saw the value in training fresh new minds and making this kind of training and new information stick. I understand the production cost for making every slide into a video like the short video training you had would be very high but IF there was something out there like that I’d watch it over and over again just for fun and might even delete my Netflix account. Thats how strongly I feel about how good your video training was. Times have changed, so should the methods we use to educate people in an 8 hour course. Time flies when u have fun and I must say this course really did drag on. Most of the slides don’t have every word transcribed into text. This is useful when explaining things that are not immediately understood. I’d be able to pause, reread the slide, take notes, and move on. If I missed something in the slide I had to restart the entire slide over and over again and sit through the entire thing just to get to the part I needed to understand. Sometimes I’d miss it again or not understand it the second time around so I had to sit through the entire slide AGAIN!! There were times I spent 15 minutes on one 3 minute slide because I didn’t understand the last 30 seconds. I paid over $200 on this course. I should have the option to fast forward and rewind to any timestamp that I choose after I’ve completed watching the slide first. Very ineffective course! Not happy with it at all. Extremely disappointed. Made learning very difficult because I couldn’t see the words that were just explained to me and wasted a lot of time replaying entire slides. My notes were all over the place and most didn’t even make sense because I had to rush through them just to keep up with this course. I love learning about safety on a job site but this course made learning not fun at all. The only thing I enjoyed were the videos. Also, the narrators voice was very monotoned. If I have to listen to the same person speak for eight hours at least change up the narrator every other few slides. He made me want to fall asleep. My 30 hour OSHA training was more enjoyable to sit through than this 8 hour course. Like I said, I love learning on how to improve my workflow because I really do aspire to set the example of a safe, competent, and qualified worker. I hope to be able to able to spot out hazards before they occur and hopefully be able to save the life of a coworker and my own. 1 star only because your costumer service was out of this world and very professional. Lets see how the final 2 hours play out..
