32 Hour Supervisor SST Package

Why take this package?

Workers serving as Site Safety Managers, Site Safety Coordinators, Construction Superintendents, Concrete Safety Managers and competent persons at construction sites to which Local Law 196 is applicable must have a Supervisor SST Card.

The package includes the cost of the Supervisor SST Card (provided we can verify your OSHA 30). Once you have completed all the courses and have all your documentation in order, please download the SST Card Application form, fill it in, and email to info@pdhstar.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER FOR US TO ISSUE AN SST CARD WE NEED TO VERIFY YOUR OSHA TRAINING. If you are planning on requesting an SST card please send us your OSHA 30 card (FRONT AND BACK) via email at info@pdhstar.com. It may take up to 5 days to verify your OSHA 30 training so we suggest you email us a copy of your OSHA card as soon as you can to avoid delay in issuing your SST card. Once you have completed your training please fill and email us this form to request your card – we do not monitor student progress.

This 32 Hour Supervisor SST Card online package consists of 11 courses selected to fulfill the NYC DOB requirements (in combination with OSHA 30) for a Supervisor SST Card:

♦ 8 Hour Fall Prevention (SST-307)

♦ 8 Hour Site Safety Manager Refresher/Chapter 33 (SAF-202)

♦ 4 Hour Supported Scaffold User and Refresher (SCA-201)

♦ 2 Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness (SST-302)

♦ 2 Hour Pre-Task Meeting (SST-303)

♦ 2 Hour Site Safety Plan (SSP) (SST-301)

♦ 2 Hour Tool Box Talks (SST-304)

♦ 1 Hour Electrocution Prevention (SST-102)

♦ 1 Hour Protection From Sun Exposure (SST-108)

♦ 1 Hour Ergonomics (SST-206)

♦ 1 Hour Asbestos and Lead Awareness (SST-201)

Training Requirements

♦ 100% attendance of the online class is mandatory

♦ Complying with the PDH STAR requirement for monitoring attendance

♦ Achieve a minimum of 70% in the written assessment at the end of the course

♦ Completion of Evaluation Form at the end of the course
