You need to bring note taking material (notepad and pen), your government issued photo ID and proof of current address (unless shown on the ID). Please click here on more information on acceptable form of ID.
Other than English, we also offer courses in Russian and Spanish. Please contact us for more information.
We often run promotions and discount coupons may be available. Please sign up for our regular newsletter (at bottom of each page) so you can receive promotional codes in your email. We also offer group discounts, please get in touch with us for details.
Absolutely. Just chose a course or a package you would like to take and select the date for the training. You would be asked to log in (or create an account) before you can purchase a seat on a course. Each event / course shows the number of seats available for that specific date.
The course fee covers all training materials and the instruction. Please note that, if you are applying for a NYC DOB licence, there may be an application fee charged by the NYC DOB. Please check the DOB licencing web page for any additional information.
Make up time is not normally allowed and you may have to re-sit the whole course (please note not all courses are scheduled regularly). Please see individual course page for more details. Additional fees may apply.
PDH STAR policy is that you need to let us know at least 5 business days in advance if you are unable to attend the course. Although no refunds are available, you would be able to re-schedule your course for another date (when available).
If you have lost your proof of training and would like to get a duplicate please call us immediately. Additional fees apply for issuing duplicate cards / certificates. Please contact us for more details.
